  - Obsolete pcre: Prevent invalid memory accesses with an invalid
    pattern passed to pcre_compile(). Note that the obsolete pcre code
    is scheduled to be removed before the 3.0.33 release. There has been
    a warning since since 2008 already.

Privoxy 3.0.32 was built with the pcre 8.44 library instead of the
obsolete pcre code included with Privoxy.

Privoxy 3.0.32 has the experimental https inspection feature enabled
which allows filtering https traffic.  Configure the directives in
section 7 of the config file and then add the +https-inspection action.
