- Ditch the pathetic "and security holes fixed" "feature" which should

  have been removed several releases ago. It has been added in 2002,
  I can't tell from the commit log what it's about and it gives the
  impression that we have tons of security issues but don't properly
  disclose them. Existence of the "feature" pointed out by Secunia.
- Remove the (already hidden) bogus claim about Privoxy being
  HTTP/1.1 compliant.
- Fix URL in comment.
