  23           <p>Privoxy is a non-caching web proxy with advanced filtering
  24           capabilities for enhancing privacy, modifying web page data and
  25           HTTP headers, controlling access, and removing ads and other
  26           obnoxious Internet junk. Privoxy has a flexible configuration and
  27           can be customized to suit individual needs and tastes. It has
  28           application for both stand-alone systems and multi-user
  29           networks.</p>
  30           <p>Privoxy is Free Software and licensed under the GNU GPLv2.</p>
  31           <p>Privoxy is an associated project of Software in the Public
  32           Interest (SPI).</p>
