  30           <p>What is Privoxy?</p>
  31           <p>Privoxy is a non-caching web proxy with advanced filtering
  32           capabilities for enhancing privacy, modifying web page data and
  33           HTTP headers, controlling access, and removing ads and other
  34           obnoxious Internet junk. Privoxy has a flexible configuration and
  35           can be customized to suit individual needs and tastes. It has
  36           application for both stand-alone systems and multi-user
  37           networks.</p>
  38           <p>Privoxy is Free Software and licensed under the GNU GPLv2.</p>
  39           <p>Privoxy is an associated project of Software in the Public
  40           Interest (SPI).</p>
