   4 - enable-edit-actions and enable-remote-toggle are disabled in the
   5   Debian package for security reasons, because these options allow
   6   every user of your privoxy to change its configuration. If you still
   7   want to use these features, you can enable them in
   8   /etc/privoxy/config and do a "/etc/init.d/privoxy restart".

  10 - A patch was applied to access the local copy of the user manual
  11   (/usr/share/doc/privoxy/user-manual/*) was applied.  With the option
  12    user-manual /usr/share/doc/privoxy/user-manual
  13   in /etc/privoxy/config this is activated and the manual can be
  14   accessed as http://config.privoxy.org/user-manual

  16 - A patch was applied to use multiple filter files.  So you can leave
  17   /etc/privoxy/default.filter untouched and use a local file like
  18   /etc/privoxy/user.filter for your local changes (you have to enable
  19   this file using a second filterfile directive in /etc/privoxy/config).
