Subject: Don't set CSP_FLAG_CLIENT_CONNECTION_KEEP_ALIVE in case of HTTP/1.0 requests.

Don't set CSP_FLAG_CLIENT_CONNECTION_KEEP_ALIVE in case of HTTP/1.0 requests.

Otherwise the client might hang after receiving
all the data until the connection times out.
