tests/cts/README: Suggest to checkout curl-7_85_0

A curl checkout at 073268a6de3 fails to configure when using
autoreconf 2.72:

| checking curl version... 7.85.0-DEV
| ./configure: 6904: Syntax error: ";;" unexpected (expecting "fi")

As Roland noticed this was fixed by curl commit a8f52ce225cc.
